Mr. Giba Abraham is the Regional examination and lively minds coordinator of the Ghana Education Service Bolgatanga. He holds Bachelors of Art in Theatre Art (UEW) Winneba and Master of Philosophy in Art and Culture from the University of Education, Winneba.
